The Other Road Theater Project is a new, independent company committed to staging plays that challenge the norm — artistically, emotionally, and intellectually.

We believe theater should take risks. That it should ask hard questions. That it should center human complexity over comfort. Inspired by Robert Frost’s idea of the road less traveled, we produce stories from a different perspective — for an audience that’s hungry for thought-provoking, grounded, and fiercely present work.

Our mission is to create intimate, high-stakes theater in the Denver area that challenges audiences to see familiar stories from a different perspective. We produce artist-led, emotionally intelligent productions that center language, complexity, and human contradiction over spectacle for spectacle’s sake.
